Met Gala 2016

Oh the notorious Met Gala – deemed fashion’s biggest night, we always look forward to seeing what comes down the red carpet, since really anything goes. We were excited to hear this theme, Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology, since it opened the door to futuristic type clothing, hair, and makeup. Below are some of our favorite looks, but we want to know, who do you think nailed it vs. failed it this year?

Super Sexy Hair at DVF Spring 2015

Spring 2015 may seem like a long ways off (it’s not even technically fall yet) but that’s never stopped anyone from taking note to what goes on during New York Fashion Week. You may not have access to the clothing yet, but you can start following the hair and makeup trends now.

Diane von Furstenburg’s Spring 2015 RTW collection had loose and effortless hair paired with sexy, smokey eyes. No matter what the season, we think this look is always trending for a go-to evening look. Create the look by adding a volumizing spray to damp hair, then blowdry with a round brush and use large velcro curlers to get that extra big volume. See more looks from the collection at Style.com.
