Same Cut – Two Styles

The fun and the possibilities with long hair – who knew wearing your hair ‘down’ could look so different? Stylist Allie Paronelli shows us the same cut but two different blowout styles on her client. One is long and layered with the ends rounded for bounce, and the other is a ‘go big or go home’ bombshell approach. We love both looks!

Bombshell Waves

Last night was a reminder that when it comes to the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, big, sexy, bed-head hair is an essential. Every year we see new designs and new models in this parade of the most beautiful women in the world, but one thing always remains constant – the signature bombshell waves. Here’s how to get the look yourself:

2. Divide your hair in to three sections. One section in the middle (like a mohawk) and the other two on either side. Starting with the center section, curl approximately two inch sections of hair away from your face with at least a 1.5 inch curling iron. After every section you curl, take 1.5 inch velcro rollers and apply and pin to to the section you just curled. Do this for your entire head of hair.

3. Once cooled, release your hair from the rollers. Finger comb to loosen your hair and add a light hairspray to ensure hold, and you’re done!
